PRISM
provides services in the 3 areas that we consider a complete risk
management evaluation. Those three areas and their sub-sets are:
Prevention
Prevention of accidents and/or
losses by implementing a safety policy and scheduling regular meetings.
Review of your entire program
and your business.
Review of your current safety
program.
Review of past accidents and/or
losses for trends and what preventative measures were and are being taken.
Financial
Protection of all your assets
through insurance, deductibles or self funding.
Review your insurance program
and make needed suggestions where gaps or limitations are noted.
Review exposures where internal
financing would be more advantageous than purchasing outside sources.
Contractual
Protection of your assets and third party liabilities through proper
contract wording on indemnification agreements. (We are not attorneys, so
any suggestions would need to be reviewed by your legal counsel)
Review of current contracts and
review of any contracts as they come up.
Review of leases, either to you
or from you.
This is a
general overview of our services. After you meet with PRISM, your proposal
will be tailor made to meet your specific needs.
Businesses
who do not want to employ a full-time risk management department, but
have complicated risks that exceed the time availability or expertise of
their internal staff, often outsource this function. Acting as the part-time
risk management department, we have cost-effectively managed those functions
for many businesses and have brought more expertise to the businesses
than could be achieved by internalizing the function.
We are also available to handle special projects, when needed, or
recurring projects, such as renewal negotiations, etc., on an on going
basis. A retainer-type relationship can be established for these situations.
